Virtual Education: Live sessions administered through Go to Meeting or Zoom, presented by a health educator, and designed to be an interactive experience for the participant. A recorded version of the session is included. Offerings encompass education and activities to promote a healthy mind and body reaching your workforce, no matter where they are located.

Onsite Health Education Table: Health education tables encourage engagement and provide education. They are a great option as a stand-alone activity. Inclusions: interactive displays, educational materials, and staff (fitness or health professionals, depending on the subject matter). Standard number of handouts: 35 Minimum 2-hour event.

Onsite Seminar: Seminars are presented in PowerPoint lecture format by a trained wellness professional and include a Question & Answer segment at the conclusion of the session.

A valuable exploration of the cause-and-effect cycle of stress and blood pressure. Includes identifying and alleviating harmful levels of stress, managing triggers and practices to stop the stress response.

Emotional Eating & How to Break the Habit

A refreshing and positive view of emotional eating, from understanding behavior to halting the cycle. Participants will explore strategies to manage eating triggers and refocus energy to break the habit for good.
